2. Shipping partners

  • We primarily ship orders through DTDC couriers and may also use other reputed logistics partners depending on serviceability and destination.

  • The choice of courier for each shipment will be at our discretion unless otherwise specified.

3. Serviceable locations

  • We currently ship to most pin codes within India that are serviceable by DTDC and our partner couriers.

  • During checkout, if your pin code is not serviceable, you may see an error or be asked to choose a different address.

4. Order processing time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • During peak periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Estimated delivery time

  • After dispatch, typical delivery timelines are:

    • Metro and major cities: approximately [2–5] business days.

    • Other locations: approximately [3–8] business days.

  • These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, local conditions, festivals, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Tracking your order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) with the courier name and tracking number.

  • You can track the shipment status on the courier’s website (such as DTDC) using the tracking number.

7. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.

  • We may offer free shipping above a certain order value or during promotions, as mentioned on the Website from time to time.

8. Delivery attempts

  • Our courier partner will make one or more attempts to deliver your package to the provided address.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to reasons such as incomplete/incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept, or repeated absence, the shipment may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we may deduct two‑way shipping charges and any handling fees before processing a refund, if applicable.

9. Address accuracy and changes

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number at the time of ordering.

  • Address changes after order placement may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.

  • If you need to update the address, contact us as soon as possible; we will try but cannot guarantee changes.

10. Delays and force majeure

  • While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather events, strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory checks).

  • We are not liable for such delays but will support you in tracking and updating the shipment status with the courier.

11. Damaged, tampered, or missing items on delivery

  • At the time of delivery, if you notice that the outer package is tampered with, heavily damaged, or appears opened, you are advised to:

    • Refuse to accept the parcel, and

    • Immediately inform us with photos of the package and shipping label.

  • If you accept a damaged package and later find missing or damaged items, inform us within [48 hours] with photos/videos of:

    • The outer box and shipping label.

    • The inner packaging and the product.

  • We will coordinate with the courier and may request additional information to investigate and resolve the issue as per our Refund & Return Policy.

12. International shipping

  • At present, we primarily ship within India.

  • If and when international shipping becomes available, additional customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
