  • Orders may be subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment gateway or your card issuer/bank. We are not liable for delays or non‑delivery caused by payment authorization issues.

  • Shipping will be arranged through DTDC couriers and/or other logistics partners we may use from time to time.

  • Estimated delivery times shown on the Website or in communications are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon handover to the courier at our dispatch location, subject to applicable law.

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details; we are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
